If you can trace down where such thing happen and it happens in Qi4j Core, 
then great and we appreciate it. If you don't have the time and need this 
fixed quickly, then the obvious work-around is to discard() instead of 
complete()...

You should probably also learn that there is a system 
property "qi4j.compacttrace", that you perhaps should set to "off" to get the 
full story in any stack traces that you may encounter in this pursuit.
