Ok, in that case it would be interesting to do a setup with Neo4j as 
entitystore and Repository SAIL, and use the regular RDFEntityFinder, 
and see if that "just works". The EntityStore should not have to index 
the data separately. Basically, just have one Service with Neo4j as 
backend, and then let it implement EntityFinder and EntityStore, done!
