Implement @Invocation injection fully

Currently the @Invocation injection for an annotation only provides annotations
from the interface. However, it should really be the combined annotations from
the interface and the implementing mixin that is used, and this is also what
should be injected for "@Invocation AnnotatedElement methodAnnotations".
