Add an ApplicationAssembler interface. It will have a method with signature:
Application assemble(ApplicationFactory)
An instance of this interface can be instantiated and invoked by tools to
create the application. This helps both for deployment and
visualization/modeling tools as they then get a single point of entry to work
with.
