I have added cases to the AbstractEntityStoreTest which uses nested values that
are not explicit ValueComposites. These fail since the serialization of the
value graph doesn't do the substitution of types to composites, as elsewhere in
the system. Also, the testcases in Indexing-rdf are due to this problem.
