Fix For: 0.6
Currently only CAP and StateUsage can be set on a Usecase, and no meta-info can
be specified for a UnitOfWork. It would be better to generalize this and use
the MetaInfo mechanism both for Usecase and UnitOfWork, so that custom
information can be easily attached and queried.
