One of the cornerstones in Qi4j is Einstein's fundamental insight; "The only constant in Universe is change.". So, everything we do in Qi4j is geared towards fluid changes. The Agile folks talk a lot about it, but where the rubber meets the road, I am not so sure that they can deliver on the promise of "Always a workable solution." and "Refactor into Design" and similar, when the tool chain basically doesn't allow it. To me, it sounds like a lot of the "Constant Refactoring After Programming" zealots never had to work on an actual deployed system...
