Probably happened after you added exceptions...
=> LifeCycle<->LifeCycleMixin and Identity<->IdentityMixin (forget
about those) but
ConcurrentEntityModificationException -> EntityComposite -> Entity ->
UnitOfWork -> ConcurrentEntityModificationException
and (almost the same) :
EntityReference -> EntityComposite -> Entity -> UnitOfWork ->
NoSuchEntityException -> EntityReference
