We are using it from the official repo. As Niclas said, the code is right now in a private repo, but the plan is to make it publically available under an OpenSource license. We are in the process of setting up a company around it, so all legal details have not been ironed out yet. As soon as they are, we'll start making the source available. It should give you a better idea of how to structure a Qi4j-application, and how you can make things fit together.
