Yes, I looked at them, and the above seems to be correct. There used to
be a more clear difference between them, where EntityType was supposed
to be serializable, so that an EntityStore could put it into its stored
state, to support versioning, but this is no longer the case.
I would suggest that EntityType is merged into EntityStateDescriptor. WDYT?
