I'm working on it now. It used to be that qi4j-libraries had a hard
dependency on SLF4J Simple (default impl), but since I'm now using SLF4J
in StreamFlow with Log4j as backend, I noticed that this doesn't work well.
So, I'm going through all libraries/extensions and make sure they depend
on SLF4J Simple only for testing. Committing shortly.
