So what we have concluded so far? Does giving better control of  
ordering concern-chain cover the functionality of method- and  
return-value-constraints? My opinion on this matter is yes.

And if giving better control of odering concern-chain is the way to do  
it, any comments on earlier ideas or some new ones?
