I will try to get into JavaZone this year. "Traditionally" the Norwegians have been my best sounding board for Qi4j and AOP ideas, and they are quite into DDD as well.
For myself, I'm on the [email protected] list for DDD related things, and [email protected] for DCI and composite related discussions. Trygve (the MVC/DCI dude) is on object-composition, so the feedback there is top-notch.
