This is an interesting question, and I know Niclas looked into it
before. If I remember correctly the main conclusion is that the Google
App Engine model itself is pretty broken, as there was no way to ensure
that your app stays on, and so you can get a pretty bad penalty for
starting up the app lazily.
Technically it should be possible, especially now that CGLIB is not
there. Niclas do you know any gotchas that would make it hard to use
Qi4j in GAE? Other than that the model is "funky"?
