ManyAssociationDescriptor and ManyAssociationType no longer really needed.

These 2 classes are identical to the AssociationDescriptor and AssociationType.
They were probably different in the days when we tried to support Qualifiers on
associations. I suggest we just collapse away the
ManyAssociationDescriptor/Type classes.
