Nicolas, Let me answer the "community" topics separately from the technical bits later in the mail. I'll get back to those shortly (just got off a flight across the Atlantic and the connecting flight was cancelled due to a little bit of drizzle, how come nothing in this country... well, let me not express the anger right now, and try to remain calm.)

Well, since "user" traffic is relatively low and still providing a fair bit of interesting feedback, we have no immediate plans to open a "user" dedicated mailing list. So, you are in the right spot... > First, I've noticed some deadlinks/empty pages on Qi4J (mainly > considering extensions). Is it planned to fix these errors soon ? Documentation is a tedious task that no one is interested in doing. I have ended up doing most of it, out of sheer need to have something at all. It is a background task, and we recently gave up on the CMS model, and will go more towards some type of SCM managed content system. > Or > do I have to enter bug tickets (just a question regarding procedure, > please do not see any offense here - I know pleople how are a little > ... reactive ... on bug tickets, hope it's not your case) ? There shouldn't be much "deadlinks", since the CMS tries to verify those. But "placeholder" pages are plenty, and you are right certain areas are much worse than others. When I have the inspiration to write, I typically try to put together something in the HowTo area, since that is more appreciated than the work going into a particular page of reference content. > In the same direction, why can't I find any kind of javadoc on the > website ? The javadocs should be in the SDK, and yes, with the plan above to rely less on the CMS, we also want to have versioned javadocs online. (as I said, more later. Need a short nap.)
