Re: [qi4j-dev] v2.0 branch available

After som Git-wrestling we got the v2.0 branch working. So here's what 
you do to try it out:
git pull --all
git checkout v2.0

This needs to be done in ALL four modules, i.e. qi4j-sdk, then core, 
libaries and extensions.

After that "./gradlew clean install" should work, including compiling 
and running the Scala stuff.
