The default builds skip the checkstyle task and only run tests.
The not yet finished "weekly develop distributions" build will run all checks
including checkstyle before producing Qi4J SDK archives.
Actually the qi4j-sdk.develop.tests.* jobs need to download all dependencies on
each run.
There could be room for improvement here.
