Recipe = HowTo, so it fits in there. The text should possibly be
re-authored a bit, and the versions should be removed and kept up to
date. Copying it straight from the blog was a quick way to get
something basic published, but we are not eager to have a "blog area"
on the site.

You add SNIPPET only when documentation needs it. No point adding
before it is needed.
