So, I did rework the main menu but for now, Glossary is named "Glossary " has a temporary hack because "Glossary" is an asciidoc reserved word and it complains it must not have subsections. Plus I did not rename the files under the hood for now.

Website should be up to date by now.

Gang,

I asked a few people around me, not involved (yet) in Qi4j, to give me
feedback about the website and all of them told me the menu order is
wrong. That's my fault as I added items without really thinking about
their order.

Today we have:
- Home
- News
- Concepts
- Tutorials
- Recipes
- Core
- Libraries
- Extensions
- Samples
- Tools
- Community

BTW I think we should rename "Concepts" to "Glossary" and "Recipes" to
"How-Tos" as this is what theses items are really about and it's words
people are accustomed to.

What would you think about reworking the main menu so it becomes the
following?

- Home
- News
- Tutorials
- Samples
- How-Tos
- Core
- Libraries
- Extensions
- Tools
- Glossary
- Community

Cheers
