I want us to be able to support Scala<->Java complete mix of
Fragments. Meaning that Concerns can be written either in Java or
Scala, and be applied to either Java or Scala composites, which has
either Java or Scala mixins.

Scripting support at the moment only support Mixin methods to be
delegated to scripts. Perhaps not the biggest difference, but I think
it can be in terms of "perception". "Scala is natively supported."
would be a good statement to make without embarrassment.
