totally agree too. Reason 1: It is what I would have expected without looking at code or detailed documentation. Do not surprise the user :-) Reason 2: How do You implement sideeffects/concerns in a meaningful way for a yet incomplete object (being built). Could be quite difficult, I think. (is this field initialied, or not yet).
