Yes and No.
The Checkstyle plugin only kicks in during a release to save a heap of
time, and it had a configuration problem so the build aborted right
after uploading the zip/tgz

Forgot to mention that some dependencies are in other repositories
than Maven Central, so they won't get the right URLs.
