Hello Rob, please specify how you "encountered" this issue: sorry but your report really lacks details.
At first glance this problem would happen if you defined a AccessControl implementation which is not the standard one: in that case the getacl server request would not support it. Perhaps you modified the configuration in Qizx Admin ?
