These errors are a consequence of a corruption/damage of the database.

The question is how and why that happens?

- first, I see you are using the "XL" (or 64 bits) version which
   handles documents larger than 2 Gb.
   Do you really need that big documents?
   I would advise not to use the XL version if you dont need it,
   as it has not been tested as much as the standard version.

- are you using the latest version ?

- did you have a system crash, orOut of Memory Errors
    before detecting this problem?
