allways do it that way. Apparently stopped working now. But then again, ide-scsi can do everything ide-cd does so appart of saving a few bytes it should work fine to leave out ide-cd and have ide-scsi hardwired. Actually makes installation procedure simpler as CD will be always scd0 then ;) Richard
