Not wishing to start anything at all but how can a browser, as a stand
alone program, have anything to do with the licence for the operating it
runs under ? Unless, of course it has to be integrated into it - which
is one of the complaints against I.E. and one of the reasons that M$ got
slammed by the EU.
Just puzzled that is all.
