works fine in my MSIE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2
Shouldn't 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2 (which is the one I have too) cannot  
display transparent backgrounds... compare FireFox with MSIE's display...  
Firefox's background of the logo should be white (not the case with IE)

... and of course OK in Firefox.
Of course it would :-)
