I did, may have a regular black box in someone's attic or shed but I am wondering, without too much hope, could I use the RimDisk in the dongleROmDisq.
If you have a standard working ROM slot and extra memory, then yes it will, as long as it will physically fit.
My point is with the combined ROM filling the whole 64k will it work in the dongle slot ?
I realise there must be something clever going on to squeeze all that RAM into a tiny gap, is it clever enough to avoid the onboard Eprom ?
Do you see any danger in a suck it and see approach ?
It an external cased rom fits, the RomDisq will - it is smaller. The O/S is not relevant - or at least I don't think so. TK2 certainly is not needed.
