Depends on MOBO maker and CPU requirements, use of MBM5 is a good bet, works on most MOBOs, but to adjust fan speeds something like super flower fan controller is ideal. MOBO makers often have controller utilities. Some PSU have 3 pin header to Mobo for this. To lower CPU temp, lowering the Vcore volts by around 1 v can reduce working temp by 5C, without loss of performance. some CPUs.
