No it isn't. For the same reasons that SMSQ/E is inferior to both (!).

An OS is just a platform for launching applications.
The more apps, the better the OS.

Well obviously that doesn't hold exactly true.... we have thousands of applications and that's not a joke... I personally have amassed something in the area of four DVDs worth of compressed QL software (and that's 90% freeware)... In Windows terms that would be Terrabytes -or even Exabytes of applications.... :-)
