The Rom is only 256 KB long, and we're pretty near that limit now.
Shouldnt additional language modules be made loadable on request instead of
building them into the OS? It seems a waste to have all that data loaded in
RAM or ROM when most people will only ever use one language.

I agree with Per. Additional keyboards should be loaded in memory on demand. (The direct equivalent would be keyboard.sys under DOS or the keyb.dlls for windoze)
