Well, despite the error message I got, Phil has responded, so the email address 
is still valid.

I suspect it was our system here at work. We were having email problems with 
our plus.net account all day yesterday following a 2 line message from one of 
our suppliers which has turned into a 20MB block-everything monster as far as 
Lookout Excess is concerned. We are still trying to get the ISP to help us 
delete it (unfortunately it's the first email to download so is blocking 
everything else). In theory, we should be able to go on webmail and delete it, 
which is what I do with my tesco.net mails when some corrupted or image-laden 
mail screws things up, but it's even screwing that up and the ISP say they have 
no server problems as such, it's a problem with one specific email.

Luckily, I can use the tesco.net webmail to Carry on QLing (sounds like a 
comedy film!) :-)
