It stems from a multi-user dungeon that was written by a friend when I was
at Uni. Apparently a bug caused the game to print out "BHA!" but he never
worked out why (well, that was his explaination and he stuck to it; but
based on my knowledge of the system on which it ran, it's vaguely plausible,
but then again, it's the sort of thing I would expect him to add for no reason).
