I get a lot of spam from the tesco net address probably because I used 
to include the full email address unhidden ont his list and on my 
website.

My website now uses a form so as not to let the mailto links invite 
spammers.

My uk6 address hasn't (I don't think) appeared anywhere in full and 
unhidden and I get almost nil spam from it, although uk6 do anti-spam 
filter to some extent. I've always given my other email address as 
dilwyn AT uk6 DOT net and it doesn't seem to have attracted much spam. 
Even simple measures like that presumably help a bit to make life that 
little bit harder for the "bad guys"
