With kind thanks to Marcel, I've been using a beta-release of the 68020 QPC2. Extremely stable for a first release!
I seem to have run into a minor problem with Easyptr 4 which I cannot pin down enough to trouble Marcel with a definite "bug" report as yet, so I need ot ask for help in tracking down a problem. After altering some menus (usually changing objects in loose items or resizing some objects) I seem to end up with out of memory errors at the MDRAW statements when I run the basic program. But find it hard to duplicate the error reliably. Anyone else had this problem? It seems to go away if I reload the menu and save it back out again a second time from Easyptr. If anyone can replicate this error, please let me know so I can try to send Marcel a meaningful message about it. I'm using Easymenu 4.09E and QPC2 3.33 - unfortunately I haven't kept older copies of QPC2 to see if this is exclusive to this version. I do have the 68010 version alongside the 68020 version but so far I've only run into the problem randomly on the 68020 version and don't know if it's specific to that version or if the proiblem exists on other versions too. -- Dilwyn Jones -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
