I am glad you got it done OK.
The same was *not* true for another laptop - forget who - Ken Bain I think.
That one did *not* have an obvious battery.
It took ages to get working again, as there was a trapped display cable
which proved very difficult to get working again.
After maybe 45 minutes, the bios problem was solved by re-saving the bios!
