It presents itself as IE, in order that sites designed with IE don't 
look wrong, or refuse to load as a whole or in parts.

Although I find that IE, Mozilla Firefox and Opera all display web pages 
in a very similar way.

How do you know as to whether other Opera hits weren't also appearing as 
IE ?
