Hermes itself is not relevant to using a serial mouse - it just makes sure the serial ports are OK. MIce use 1200baud so should be OK on *any* QL. I am not really an expert, but I guess oyu need mouse driver software.
superHermes though has a built in serial mouse driver and will work out of the box qith the sH mouse lead. I will have that at the show and Bill Cable will be able to bring a serial mouse. It will, though, work with any type of serial mouse. Lau wrote the code so well that you can switch from 2 button (Microsoft) to three button during use! Tony Firshman (from NH, USA in Bill's forest.
