Yes that is quite possible.
750kbps  (75kBps) is fast in my book.
You have, I suppose, DSL - ie upload is as fast as download.
That is *far* to expensive for me.

We all ought to use an Astracom V22bis (.0024 kbps) for a week to
realise how lucky we are today.  It wasn't *that* long ago when it was
the bee's knees.
