Hi Rich, reblow is the simplest, I can prob' do that for you in belated 
reciprocation.

Two poss' hindrances,
1, The EPROM cleaner I made years ago is probably available about 20 mls 
away in a friend's workshop.
2, I don't have a black box with which to test, friend probable has.
