A Quadra 700 is a 68040 @ 25MHz I believe. I recall running a version
of Qemulator on another '040 Mac some years ago. I don't remember how
well it ran or doing much with it but it did run.

Disabling the screen saver password will depend on how it is installed.
If you click on the Apple menu icon at the top left and open control
panels there may be an item in there for the screen saver with options
to turn off the password. You can also start the Mac up while holding
down the shift key until you see 'Extensions disabled'. This bypasses
all the extras. Look in the extensions and/or control panels folder in
the system folder and see if there is something in there that is named
like the screen saver. Drag it out of there and restart. It is also
possible that the password is stored in a preference file in the
preferences folder which is also in the system folder. Dragging it to
the trash and restarting should also disable it.
