Yes, I use an old Epson Stylus Colour which happens to have it all - USB, parallel, Epson control codes (no QPCprint needed!) - in fact all I lack is a parallel cable to test it with, and I'm too mean to buy one without knowing it would work. I wonder if the 25 pin parallel connector on my MinisQL is the same as that of a PC, so perhaps I could pinch the parallel cable off that (it certainly looks like a PC parallel cable).
