Mess MDV files - could be the same format of ZX Spectrum MDV files. MDV
format is used on some ZX emulators, I wonder if MESS took over ZX
spectrum MDV file specification...

I found a FAQ page about this. No wonder I couldn't get it to work, assuming
the text below is up to date. At least the Save State command works, so you
can save what you were doing and resume later. No way that I can see to get
files in and out of this as yet, since MDV mounting doesn't yet work. Seems
promising as an emulator, but until this part gets sorted out it may not
prove pratical as an emulator until we can figure out how to get files in
and out.

- ZX8301 cycle stealing
- emulate COMCTL properly
