Where do I get the torrent?

And you can use too the "Save link as..." option menu in you browser and
download the file: "QL.docs.and.manuals.torrent" to add at you torrent
download program.
Can anyone recommend a free Windows XP BitTorrent client (never used
BitTorrent before)
