Many thanks for this information - I have a couple more oddities to list
(give me half an hour and we can continue with the "guess this QL item"
game).
What a shame about the keyboard required for this - i have 3 of these
adaptors! Like buses, you don't see one in years, then 3 come along
together

Hi Rich,
the snd. Keyboard Adaptor (the one with the "blind plate" for the QL
Keyboard is an internal adaptor from Christopher Smith' company
"Schön", the "Schön external keyboard". Unfortunately, this adaptor
needs a special "XT" keyboard, the one from Keyboard Productions,
which was shipped with the adaptor. No other keyboard can be used, it
was a special design.

Items for Sale - Some very rare !
Ah Ralf,
That is very interesting - I do not recall one being advertised which
plugged into the ROM port - they all seemed to be internal interfaces at
the time

The keyboard adaptor seems to be the "ABC-Keyboard Adaptor" from
ABC-Elektronic, plugged into the ROM-Port.
"UR" means Ulrich Rosowski, who designed the hardware, "JM" means
Jochen Merz, who has written the driver.

- an external keyboard interface which plugs into the ROM port (or at
least that is what it appears to be!)
