It was when I downloaded the file at
http://download.sysinternals.com/Files/ProcessMonitor.zip
My A/V (F-Prot) said it was 'a potential', so I stopped their; better
things to do etc...

TRUST THE FILE, the Av is miss reading something
several years ago I recall that sysinternals was bought by Microsoft,
and it is all hosted via MS these days. I have never had a hit by my AV
softy when using any files from sysinternals
