Adam has checked out the query sent in earlier today and this is his response:-

Having had a chance to check the logs and find john's message then read Rich's 
reply he is ultimately correct.

THE SPF check rule has one setting for the whole system so I can't change it 
I'm afraid as it is not our end that's wrong but the way Tiscali have their 
stuff set-up.

I haven't tried it (cos I can't get the failure) but I think clicking on the 
link to send the approval email would work. I'm not sure if this is a time 
sensitive approval either, depending how often the user sends you an email they 
might have to go through the authorisation process again.
