My apologies - one emulator which is 99% complete is Miggy - http://mac.softpedia.com/get/Games/Miggy.shtml

Also have a look at UAE4ALL Amiga - this seems to have been ported to various platforms, including mobile phones which need Java, but I can't find a main site for it....
