I wondered if anyone here knows how I can purchase a copy of their
ZM/ht Spectrum compiler/emulator?

IIRC the ZM/ht Spectrum emulator off Davide's website is a PD demo
version with some restrictions. I can't be 100% sure, perhaps Davide
will clarify if he's reading this, I don't think that there ever was a
full free release of the ZM/ht system.
